PROCESS : Movers will discover the basic of stick handling, balancing on limbs and traveling around the space while understanding weight, direction, and speed through exercises and improvisation tools.

EXPERIENCE : To foster a deeper understanding within the group. And maintain a sense of unity and solidarity among all the members.
